Return Policy: * You can cancel an order by contacting us by email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of purchase. * Unfortunately it will not be possible to cancel or return a custom order such as: stamped dedication, embroidery, printing on the product or any item customized to the customer on demand. * Returns of products will be possible within 14 days provided they are not used and are in their original packaging (except for custom orders as detailed above) * The customer will bear the shipping costs back. * In case of mistake in ordering we will bear the shipping cost.
